1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the House Of Speed website and webshop located at www.houseofspeed.nl, and the purchase of products and services offered by House Of Speed B.V. ("House Of Speed", "we", "us", "our"), a Dutch company registered at Markerkant 10-12, 1316 AA Almere, The Netherlands (KVK: 73625184).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All products offered in the House Of Speed webshop are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of Dutch VAT (21%) where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

3. ORDERS & CONTRACT

When you place an order through our webshop, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order by sending you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or lack of availability.

4. PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, iDEAL, and bank transfer. Payment is processed securely using SSL encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Payment is taken at the time of order. In the event that your payment is declined, your order will not be processed and you will be notified accordingly.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days. Free on orders over 50 EUR; 5.95 EUR otherwise.
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days. 14.95 EUR.
• Collect In Store: Free. Available during business hours at Markerkant 10-12, 1316 AA Almere.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays and public holidays. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Dutch consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at info@www.houseofspeed.nl before the 14-day period expires.

House Of Speed extends this to a 30-day return policy as a courtesy. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, or items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

7. WARRANTY & DEFECTIVE GOODS

All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek). If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund.

To report a defective item, please contact us at info@www.houseofspeed.nl with your order number and a description of the defect. We will respond within 5 business days.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of House Of Speed B.V. or its content suppliers and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House Of Speed B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods giving rise to the claim.

10. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have a complaint about our products or service, please contact us first at info@www.houseofspeed.nl or by phone at +31 36 539 1911. We will do our utmost to resolve any issue promptly.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may submit it to the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) at www.acm.nl. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is also available at ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
